The dryer in my mom’s house did not dry the clothes anymore. TAG Appliance Services was the answer to my problem. They replaced the broken part that promptly got rid of the issue. The repairman was able to finish the job fast using the right tools and explained to me what he was doing during the repair. The communication with this business from scheduling the appointment to the technician completing the job was excellent.

Called TAG Appliance today for my Whirlpool fridge that wasn't cooling properly. The service guy came, put the fridge into diagnostic mode and determined the problem after going through the diagnostic. Charged me a reasonable price and got my fridge back to normal operation on the same day. He was very patient and thorough during the diagnostic and repair and even took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Thanks for the wonderful service!

I called TAG Appliance at 4:00pm today and although they were booked solid, the accommodated my need to come on the same day. My dishwasher was not draining and through the technicians investigation he found a toothpick blocking the impeller in the drain pump from spinning. Small cause, great fix! Thanks for the great efficient and quick service. The price was good as well.
